If you buy push or pop traffic, you already know the problem. The same subscribers get hammered by ten networks at once, CTRs fall off a cliff, and half your budget goes on sources that never convert. ROIads is one of the newer networks trying to fix that, and after going through its platform, pricing and what real advertisers say about it, I think it deserves a serious look in 2026.
ROIads is a Cyprus-based ad network that launched publicly in early 2023. It started with just push and pop ads. Today it offers four formats, claims around 1 billion impressions a day, and has repositioned itself as a traffic source built mainly for iGaming operators and affiliates. Its big promise is simple: traffic from publishers who work only with ROIads, plus AI bidding that is switched on from the moment you launch.
In this review I’ll walk you through everything that matters before you deposit a single dollar: formats, targeting, real pricing, how to set up your first campaign, the verticals and countries where it shines, and the mistakes I’d avoid. I’ll also share the exact test plan I’d use with a $500 budget.
My quick verdict: ROIads is a good fit if you run iGaming, betting, sweepstakes, utility or finance offers and can afford a $250–$500 test. It is not the right place for absolute beginners with $50 to spend, and it is not an option for publishers who want to monetize a website.
Our rating: 4.3 / 5
ROIads at a glance

One inconsistency to note: ROIads’ own FAQ still says In-Page Push is “coming soon”, while its format menu and pages already list it as live.
What’s new at ROIads in 2026
ROIads has changed a lot since the early reviews you’ll find online, so be careful with older articles that still describe it as a push-only network with 600 million impressions.
- Two new formats. In January 2026, ROIads added In-Page Push and Direct Click to its push and pop lineup. In-Page Push matters most, because it finally lets you reach iPhone users, who can’t receive classic browser push.
- More volume. The official site now claims around 1 billion daily impressions. That is still far below the biggest networks, but it is a big jump for a network that is less than four years old.
- An iGaming-first focus. The homepage now speaks directly to iGaming operators and agencies, and ROIads says iGaming makes up 46% of its advertisers’ volume. Pricing is framed around your target cost per deposit, not just cost per click.
- Deposit-level tracking. Postback deposit tracking lets casino and betting advertisers optimize for actual deposits instead of cheap sign-ups.
- An AI assistant. ROIads introduced “Roya”, an AI assistant inside the platform, alongside its AI bidding engine.
My take: these changes show a network that knows its audience. If you’re in iGaming, ROIads is clearly building for you. If you’re running e-commerce or nutra offers, you can still use it, but you’re not its main customer.
Ad formats explained (and when I’d use each)
ROIads offers four formats. That’s a short list next to networks like Adsterra or RichAds, but every format here is a performance format, and that focus is part of the appeal.
Push notifications (CPC)
Push ads are clickable messages delivered to users who have subscribed to notifications on a publisher’s site. They appear on the phone or desktop even when the user isn’t browsing. On ROIads, push is sold on a CPC basis, with bids starting at $0.003.
The feature I like most is the “new subscribers” filter. Push audiences get tired fast, and someone who subscribed yesterday is far more likely to click than someone who has received 300 notifications this month. If your offer needs engaged users, such as a casino first deposit, tick this box from the start, even though the traffic costs a little more.
My suggestion: use push as your main format for iGaming, betting, dating and finance offers in Tier 2 and Tier 3 countries.
Pop ads (CPM)
Pop ads open your landing page in a new tab or window when a user clicks on a publisher site. You pay per thousand impressions, from $0.5 CPM. Pop is cheap, fast to launch and gives you a lot of data quickly.
My suggestion: pop is the best format for testing a new offer or a new country. It works especially well for sweepstakes, antivirus, cleaners, VPN and casino offers with a short, punchy landing page. Don’t send pop traffic to a long article-style lander; most users decide in two seconds.
In-Page Push
In-Page Push looks like a notification but is shown inside the web page itself, so no subscription is needed. It works on iOS, Android and desktop. This is the format that fills the iPhone gap.
My suggestion: if your offer converts well on iOS, or you target Tier 1 countries where iPhones dominate, test In-Page Push alongside classic push. Expect higher CPCs but better-quality users.
Direct Click
Direct Click sends users straight to your landing page with no visible ad. You don’t need creatives, which makes it the fastest format to launch.
My suggestion: use Direct Click for lead generation and simple offers where the landing page does all the selling. Watch your source reports closely, because quality can vary more between sources than with push.
Across all formats, mobile dominates. ROIads reports 3 to 5 times more mobile traffic than desktop, so design every landing page mobile-first.
Targeting, AI bidding and traffic quality
This is where ROIads really earns its place. The targeting is deep, the optimization tools are solid, and the exclusive-traffic model is a genuine difference from most push networks.
Targeting options
- GEO: country, region and city, one country per campaign
- Technology: device, OS, browser and connection type
- Network: mobile carrier and ISP
- Audience: browser language and “new subscribers only”
- Time: schedule by day and hour (set in UTC)
- Sources: publisher and site whitelists or blacklists, plus IP lists
- Content: Mainstream-only mode to stay away from adult sources
Carrier and ISP targeting are underrated. In many Asian and African markets, people on certain carriers convert far better for betting and finance offers, and ROIads lets you isolate them.
AI Bidding
AI Bidding is switched on by default for every campaign. It looks at time of day, device, GEO and past performance, then raises or lowers your bid on each impression in real time. In plain terms, it tries to buy the impressions most likely to convert and skip the ones that won’t.
I’d leave it on for a brand-new campaign, because it helps you avoid overpaying while you have no data. Once you have a few hundred clicks and a clear picture of your best sources, combine it with manual microbidding for more control.
CPA Goal
CPA Goal (ROIads also calls it Automated CPA Strategy) adjusts bids and traffic distribution to keep you under a target cost per conversion. It only works with a postback in place.
My suggestion: don’t switch on CPA Goal on day one. Let the campaign collect at least 20–30 conversions first, so the algorithm has something real to learn from. Then set your target slightly above your current CPA and lower it step by step.
Microbidding
Microbidding lets you set different bids for 12 parameters: publisher ID, site ID, IP, weekday, hour, carrier, connection type, device, ISP, OS, region or city, and creative ID. Instead of killing a source that’s slightly unprofitable, you can simply bid lower on it. This is how experienced media buyers squeeze profit out of push.
Optimization Rules and deposit tracking
Optimization Rules automate the boring work: pausing weak creatives, blacklisting sources that burn money, and managing budgets. For iGaming, postback deposit tracking means you can optimize toward real deposits rather than registrations, which is the metric that actually pays.
Traffic quality
ROIads says its publishers work only with ROIads, so the traffic is never resold to other networks. It also runs an in-house anti-fraud system to block bots. Feedback from advertisers on Affroom and AffPaying generally describes the traffic as clean, with an average AffPaying score of 4.9 out of 5.
One honest operator review on ROIads’ own homepage says the traffic is fine but whitelists and sources need constant refreshing. That matches my expectation for any push network: no source stays profitable forever, so plan to review your whitelist every week.
Pricing, deposit and payment methods
The minimum deposit at ROIads is $250. That’s higher than PropellerAds or Adcash at $100, and ROIads is refreshingly open about why: its model includes managed service, and that only pays off above a certain volume.
| Plan | Deposit | Main extras | Recommended verticals |
|---|---|---|---|
| Basic | $250 | Self-serve platform, customer support | Betting, gambling, sweeps, nutra, cleaners |
| Prestige | $500 | Personal manager, GEO and vertical advice | Gambling, betting, dating |
| Elite | $1,500 | Prestige features + 3% first-deposit bonus | Gambling, betting, dating, antivirus, finance |
| King | $5,000 | Prestige features + 5% first-deposit bonus | Gambling, betting, dating, antivirus, finance |
| Enterprise | Custom | Terms built around your target cost per deposit | Volume buyers in specific markets |
Which plan should you choose?
Here’s my honest advice: if you can, start with $500, not $250. The jump from Basic to Prestige is where you get a personal manager, GEO and vertical recommendations, whitelists for your offer and free creatives. For a new advertiser, a good manager’s whitelist alone can save more than the extra $250 you deposit.
The $250 Basic plan makes sense only if you’re an experienced media buyer who already knows push and pop, has a tracker set up, and just wants to check ROIads’ traffic for one offer in one country.
The Elite and King plans are for teams already spending regularly. A 3% or 5% bonus on $1,500 or $5,000 is nice, but don’t deposit that much until a smaller test has proven the traffic works for your offer.
Real costs to expect
The advertised minimums of $0.003 CPC and $0.5 CPM are floor prices. In competitive Tier 1 countries, or for fresh subscribers, you’ll pay noticeably more. Always check the Insights tab, which shows available volume and recommended bids per country, before you set your bid.
Keep in mind the minimum daily budget of $25 per campaign. Because each campaign targets only one country, testing five countries means at least $125 a day in budgets.
Payment methods and bonus code
ROIads accepts bank cards, wire transfers and Capitalist. Other methods can be arranged through your account manager; some directories also list crypto, PayPal, Payoneer and Stripe.
Several review sites list the promo code ROI10 for a 10% bonus on your first deposit. Ask your manager to confirm it’s still active before you top up.
How to launch your first campaign on ROIads
Building a campaign takes about 15 minutes, and moderation usually takes another 10–15 minutes during business hours. Here’s the process step by step, with what I’d pay attention to at each stage.
- Sign up at high.roiads.co. The form is short and no email verification is needed.
- Add funds. Click “Add Funds” and deposit at least $250. As explained above, I’d go with $500 to get a personal manager. Enter the bonus code before paying, not after.
- Message your manager before building anything. This is the step most people skip. Tell them your offer, vertical, country and target cost per deposit or conversion. Ask for a whitelist of sources that worked for similar offers.
- Create the campaign. Name it clearly (for example “BR – Casino – Push – New subs”), choose the format and paste your target URL with tracking macros.
- Upload creatives. Push campaigns accept up to 10 creatives; ROIads recommends at least 5. Each needs a title, a short message and an image. Write in the local language, keep titles under about 30 characters, and test different angles, such as bonus, urgency and curiosity, rather than five versions of the same idea.
- Set up the postback. Use the {click_id} macro and your tracker’s postback URL. ROIads integrates with Voluum, BeMob, RedTrack, Keitaro, PeerClick, OctoTracker and CPV Lab Pro. Without a postback, you can’t use CPA Goal or optimize properly.
- Choose GEO and targeting. One campaign equals one country. For push, I’d tick “new subscribers” on the first test. Turn on Mainstream-only if your offer or brand can’t appear on adult sites.
- Set bid and budget. Check the Insights tab for recommended bids, then bid at or slightly above the recommendation so you actually win traffic. The minimum daily budget is $25. Choose “evenly” spending so your budget doesn’t burn out in the first hour.
- Schedule and cap. Set dates and hours in UTC, and add a frequency cap so the same user doesn’t see your ad again and again.
- Launch, then optimize. After the first 24–48 hours, use reports by source, creative and hour to blacklist losers, microbid on winners and pause weak creatives.
My suggested $500 test plan
If I were testing ROIads for the first time, this is how I’d structure a $500 budget. It’s a framework, not a guarantee. Adjust the numbers to your offer’s payout and your target cost per conversion.
Before you start: work out your break-even. If your offer pays $40 per first deposit, you can spend up to $40 to get one deposit and still break even. Every decision below comes back to that number.
Phase 1: Discovery (days 1–3, about $150)
- Pick one offer and two countries where the offer has proven demand.
- Run one pop campaign and one push campaign (new subscribers on) in each country. That’s four campaigns at about $25–$40 a day each.
- Upload 5 push creatives per campaign with clearly different angles.
- Keep AI Bidding on and leave CPA Goal off.
- Don’t touch anything for the first 24 hours unless a source is obviously burning money.
Phase 2: Cleaning (days 4–6, about $150)
- Blacklist any source that has spent around 1.5x your target CPA with zero conversions.
- Pause creatives with a CTR well below the campaign average.
- Cut the weaker format or country, and move its budget to the best performer.
- Use microbidding to bid lower on sources that convert but cost too much, rather than killing them outright.
Phase 3: Scaling (days 7–10, about $200)
- Build a whitelist campaign using only your profitable sources, with a higher bid to win more of their traffic.
- Once the campaign has 20–30 conversions, switch on CPA Goal with a target slightly above your current CPA.
- Duplicate the winning setup to one new, similar country.
- Refresh creatives every 5–7 days, before CTR starts to fall.
When to stop
If after about $300 of spend you have no source anywhere near break-even, stop and talk to your manager. Ask whether your offer, landing page or bid is the problem. Sometimes a different country or format fixes it; sometimes ROIads simply isn’t the right traffic for that offer, and that’s a valid result too.
Best verticals and GEOs
iGaming is ROIads’ home turf. According to the company, gambling and betting make up 46% of its advertisers’ volume, and its plans recommend gambling and betting at every pricing tier.
Verticals that work well
- Gambling and betting: the core vertical, with deposit tracking built for it
- Sweepstakes: a good match for cheap pop traffic
- Dating: recommended from the Prestige plan upward
- Finance and trading: works best with push in Tier 2 countries
- Antivirus, cleaners and VPN: classic push and pop offers that convert on mobile
- Software, utilities, nutra and e-commerce: supported, but less of a focus
Adult ads are allowed, and you can switch to Mainstream-only sources if you need to stay away from adult sites.
Where the traffic is
- Top mobile countries: India, Bangladesh, Indonesia, Thailand, Malaysia
- Top desktop countries: USA, Brazil, Japan, Indonesia, India, Thailand
- Top overall countries listed on AffPaying: Indonesia, India, USA, Germany, UK
In practice, this makes ROIads strongest in South and Southeast Asia and Brazil, with useful Tier 1 volume in the US and Western Europe. One advertiser on AffPaying mentions running gambling campaigns in Brazil for about a year and being happy with the traffic quality.
ROIads has also published a case study of a casino offer in Ethiopia that returned $1,850 on $961 of mobile-only push spend. It’s the network’s own case study, so treat it as an example of what’s possible, not a typical result.
My suggestion: if you’re new to ROIads, start in one of its high-volume countries, such as Indonesia, Brazil or Thailand, where you’ll get data fast and cheaply. Move into Tier 1 once your creatives and landing page are proven.
Common mistakes to avoid on ROIads
Most bad experiences with push and pop networks come from the same handful of mistakes. Here are the ones I’d watch for on ROIads specifically.
- Ignoring the one-country rule. Each campaign targets a single country. People who want to “test 10 GEOs” end up with 10 campaigns at $25 a day each, and their budget is gone in two days. Test two or three countries at most.
- Not using your manager. ROIads’ whole model is built around managed support. If you deposit $500 and never message your manager for whitelists, you’re paying for a service you don’t use.
- Launching without a postback. Without conversion tracking, you can’t see which sources work, and you can’t use CPA Goal. Set up your tracker before you spend a cent.
- Turning on CPA Goal too early. The algorithm needs conversion data to learn. Switching it on with zero conversions usually starves the campaign of traffic.
- Bidding at the minimum. $0.003 CPC is a floor, not a target. Bid too low and you’ll only win leftover impressions, and then conclude the network “has no traffic”.
- Never refreshing creatives. Push audiences burn out fast. If you run the same five creatives for a month, your CTR will fall steadily.
- Forgetting the weekend gap. Managers work weekdays from 8:00 to 17:00 UTC. Don’t launch a big new campaign on a Friday evening if you’ll need help adjusting it.
Can publishers monetize with ROIads?
Not through a public sign-up. ROIads is built for advertisers, and its website only offers an advertiser registration. Its traffic comes from a closed group of exclusive publishers who work only with ROIads, which is exactly why advertisers value it.
If you run a large site with push subscribers or pop-friendly traffic, you can email hello@roiads.co and ask about a direct partnership. Just expect them to be selective.
For most small and mid-size publishers, I’d look at networks with open publisher programs instead. We’ve reviewed several, including Monetag, Adsterra, RollerAds and PropellerAds.
Pros and cons
What I like
- Exclusive traffic. Sources aren’t resold to other networks, so audiences are less burned out.
- AI Bidding on by default. It saves money from the first impression, even for beginners.
- Serious optimization tools. CPA Goal, 12-parameter microbidding and automated rules are all built in.
- Real account management. From $500 you get a personal manager, whitelists and free creatives.
- Low entry bids: $0.003 CPC for push and $0.5 CPM for pop.
- Fast moderation: usually 10–15 minutes.
- Deposit tracking for iGaming, so you can optimize toward the metric that pays.
- Strong reputation: a 4.9/5 average across 90+ reviews on AffPaying.
What could be better
- $250 minimum deposit, higher than many rivals at $100–$150.
- Only four formats. There’s no native, display, video or Telegram inventory.
- One country per campaign, which makes multi-GEO testing slow and expensive.
- Weekday-only managers (8:00–17:00 UTC), with campaign scheduling in UTC too.
- No open publisher program.
- Smaller scale than giants like RichAds, which reports 7 billion daily impressions.
- Some outdated info on its own site, such as the FAQ still calling In-Page Push “coming soon”.
ROIads vs alternatives
ROIads wins on traffic exclusivity and hands-on management. Bigger networks win on scale, number of formats and a lower entry price.
| Network | GEOs | Formats | Min deposit | Best for |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| ROIads | 150+ | Push, Pop, In-Page Push, Direct Click | $250 | Fresh, exclusive push/pop traffic with a manager |
| RichAds | 220+ | Push, Pop, In-Page, Native, Direct Click, Display, Telegram | $150 | Scale and format variety |
| PropellerAds | 195+ | Push, Popunder, Interstitial, In-Page Push | $100 | Aggressive scaling and Tier 2–3 testing |
| Adcash | 195+ | Banner, Popunder, In-Page Push, Video | $100 | Automation and regulated markets |
ROIads vs RichAds. This is the most common comparison. RichAds reports around 7 billion daily impressions against ROIads’ 1 billion, offers Telegram Mini App ads, and starts at $150. Its Performance Mode refreshes whitelists weekly. ROIads’ AI Bidding, by contrast, adjusts every bid in real time from launch. If you need volume across many formats, RichAds is the safer bet. If you want fresher audiences and more personal help, ROIads is worth the extra $100 at the start.
ROIads vs PropellerAds. PropellerAds has been around since 2011 and is one of the largest self-serve networks, with a $100 entry point. It’s better for buyers who want to scale quickly across many countries on their own. ROIads is better if you’d rather have a manager guide you.
ROIads vs Adcash. Adcash offers banners and video, which ROIads doesn’t, plus strong automation. Pick Adcash if you need display formats; pick ROIads if push is your main channel.
My suggestion: don’t treat this as either-or. Run the same offer, country and landing page on ROIads and one bigger network for a week, then keep whichever gives you the lower cost per deposit.
Who should use ROIads, and who should skip it
ROIads is a good fit if you:
- run iGaming, betting, sweepstakes, dating, finance or utility offers
- target South or Southeast Asia, Brazil or Tier 1 markets on mobile
- have at least $250, and ideally $500, for a proper test
- want a manager’s help with whitelists, creatives and GEO choice
- already use a tracker, or are willing to set one up
You should probably skip ROIads if you:
- are a total beginner with less than $250 to spend
- need native, display, video or Telegram ads
- want to test many countries at once from a single campaign
- need 24/7 manager support, including weekends
- are a publisher looking to monetize your website
Final verdict: is ROIads worth it?
Yes, for the right advertiser. ROIads is a legit, fast-growing network run by a registered Cyprus company, and in 2026 it has become one of the more interesting push and pop sources for iGaming and betting. Its exclusive publishers, always-on AI bidding and genuinely hands-on managers make it easier to get a profitable campaign running than on many bigger, fully self-serve networks.
It isn’t perfect. The $250 entry point, four-format limit, one-country campaigns and weekday-only managers will put some people off. And at around 1 billion daily impressions, it can’t match the raw volume of the biggest players.
My personal advice: deposit $500, talk to your manager before you build anything, follow a structured test like the plan above, and judge ROIads on your cost per deposit after 7–10 days, not on day one. If it beats your current traffic source on the same offer, keep it in your mix. If not, you’ll have learned that cheaply.
